If I already have the CD/Download product, Can I then pay extra to get live CPA

i already bought the self employee version

If you already have the CD/Download Desktop program you are out of luck.  Unless you can get a refund for the Desktop program and then use the Online web version.  You can't apply the Desktop program price to the Online version.  You will have to enter everything again into the online version if you want to add the LIVE expert help.

The live programs are only available for online products, not for desktop versions. Please see this link https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/ for more information.
