If I accidentally put someone can claim me as a dependent, does that matter? No one can claim me as a dependent and I was wondering if that hurt how much money Id get.

Does it hurt you?  If you only have W2 earnings and a small amount of interest, no dependents and no educational expenses then it didn't hurt your refund and no harm was done.  Otherwise, after you get your refund, try amending and see if it improves the refund.
