Yes. When filing a joint tax return all income for all sources for each of you is to be entered on the one joint tax return.

Yes, filing jointly means you include all income for both spouses.

When filing as Married Filing Jointly (MFJ), there is no longer "my taxes". There is only "our taxes". You enter his W-2 separately from yours. But only the total of both wage incomes goes on line 1a of form 1040.

Yes, if filing 'jointly", all pertinent information for BOTH parties must be entered.
