If filed a return which includes unemployment tax but have not paid IRS yet, should I pay my taxes now and wait for the IRS to refund the unemployment tax?

I scheduled payment in July of this year.

Well, your tax payment is due May 17, unless you are in one of the Federal declared disaster areas. It's up to you how to handle this.
