If did not file for disaster 2017 I don’t need form 8915B-S but I can’t file my taxes without this?

I don’t need this form but turbo tax saying this form not available so I can’t file my taxes yet! I don’t need this form as it does not apply to us

The 8915-B is part of the 1099-R interview and will appear if you say you had a 2017 disaster. Revisit that section and check your entries.

  • Login to your account.
  • Select Federal from the left menu
  • Go to Wages and Income
  • Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
  • Select Edit next to IRS, 401K, Pension Plans Withdrawal 1099-R.
  • Select Edit next to the 1099-R and go over the questions.
