If box #18, on my w2g (gambling form is blank, but on the review they want to know the locality, what should I put there if the box is blank?

If box 17 on the W-2G does not have local taxes withheld, then leave boxes 16,17 and 18 blank (empty) on the W-2G.

You would enter the city or town where you were gambling.
