If amounts are listed on my W2 does that mean they're pre-tax and not deductible?

If they amounts listed are in Box 12 and Coded DD, this is the amount of employer sponsored health coverage. Payments made for health coverage via pre-tax payroll deductions, are not deducted again in the medical section.
