If 1 2019 return was filed on March 27, 2020 will eligibility for the rebated in the CARES stimulus bill be determined by the AGI in the 2019 return or the 2018 return?

I am curious. Why do you say that? I have asked this in other forums and the responses were either the 2019 return or that we do not know yet.

I am not saying you are wrong. Just trying to understand everyone's rationale.
