I would like to file a return for conpany I opened in June 2017 and so far I have not done any business and I havent a opened a bank account, too, what should I do?

If your company did not have any income or expense in 2017, you do not need to file a tax return for the company.

What would be Form 1065, do I need to file that?

Form 1065 is the tax return form for LLCs and partnerships. If your LLC had no income or expense in 2017, you do not need to file form 1065.
