I worked in NJ only a little more than 2 months in 2022...earning $36,000 but it appears like I'm being taxed in NJ on my total income of $110,000. How can I fix this?

Please provide additional information.  Please clarify if you lived in one state and worked in NJ or if you moved to or from NJ in 2022.

I stayed in PA and worked in NJ until 3/4/22 when I became a full-time permanent of Maryland and worked in Delaware. I have never lived in NJ but have worked there and lived in PA most of my adult life and never had a tax problem because of the reciprocity between NJ and PA. I

Your W-2 form for the work you did in New Jersey should list PA in box 15, in which case your income and tax withheld for your New Jersey work woud be paid to Pennsylvania and listed on your Pennsylvania tax return. If box 15 lists NJ, then your income was reported to New Jersey and tax withheld was paid in there and you will need to file a tax return there to get a refund of the taxes you paid. You will need to report your New Jersey income as being earned in Pennsylvania and pay tax there but get a refund of the taxes you paid to New Jersey.
