I worked for Uber Eats and didn't generate over $600 to warrant a 1099. When I go to enter the wages for that work I am not given any option for that case.

On the wages and income screen I am only given for options for self-employment through uber eats. Form 1099-NEC, Other self-employed income (1099-k, cash, and checks), Form 1099-MISC, and Uncommon income (awards, interest, debt previously deducted). Since my earnings were below $600 I was given no 1099. I have used this article to help me thus far but don't know what to select from here. https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tips/self-employment-taxes/didnt-get-a-1099-non-1099-rideshare-driver-tax-tips/L7v4NHivg

You will use Other self-employed income since you do not have a specific form representing your earnings.  Just label them as "cash" and put the gross amount you received.

Also, be sure to check What self-employed expenses can I deduct? to help be sure you're claiming all the deductions you can.
