Because you have income from self-employment (as an independent contractor), you will need to file a Schedule C or C-EZ form with your tax return.  

You can use either an online version of TurboTax Self-Employed or TurboTax Live - both versions include Schedule C.  Get started with TurboTax Online here.

You can also use the CD/download versions of TurboTax Deluxe, Premier or Home & Business to file a schedule C or C-EZ.  Purchase TurboTax CD/Download here.
