I worked for a company in 2017. They approved my hours in 2018 and paid me late in 2018 and sent a 2018 W2 for 2017 work wages. Do I need to report it in 2018 return?

How can I get Turbo Tax help in this matter? I am very confused.

What is reported on a W2 for 2018 should be included in your 2018 wages, even if it is "2017" wages.  The company is stating that you were "constructively paid" in 2018 and therefore the income is included in 2018.
