I worked at slim chickens in 2023 and moved before my year end w2 was sent out. I didnt have a forwarding address

I recommend you contact the management at the location you worked and try to get a copy of your W-2.  If you're unable to obtain a copy of your W-2 you can get "Wage and income transcript" from the IRS.  shows data from information returns we receive such as Forms W-2, 1098, 1099, and 5498.  To get a copy of your transcript go to:  Get your tax records and transcripts
