I work from November till January and got my w2 form. But just 4 days ago I got a new job do I have to ask for a w2 form from these job or that counts until next year

Do I put both w2 in my taxes these year even tho I only been working in these new job for 4 days now?

You are currently filing your tax return for 2017, not 2018. You only include 2017 income on your 2017 tax return. You will not include the employer you started working for in 2018 on your 2017 return. You will include that income on your 2018 return (you will file in your 2018 return in 2019).
