I work for a company and have a salary and get a w-2, and I'm a contractor but don't have revenue as a contractor. should I file with premier or self employed?

If you have any expenses related to your self-employment business you should file with TurboTax Self-Employed.  If you have no revenue or expenses related to your self employment business then there is no need to use the Self-Employed version - Premier will be sufficient.
