I will use TurboTax 2016 download this year. Will I now be able to access my tax return from various computers?

No, you will not. When you use the download TurboTax software your tax return is saved only on the computer you are using. If you go to another computer your tax return will not be there.

Note that this also means that you are responsible for backing up your tax return in case something happens to your hard drive or computer.
