I will never use Turbo tax again you charged me a fee I didn’t authorize and then withdrew my federal dues twice!!!!!

TT does not pay Federal taxes due. Rather, it gives your payment info to the IRS, and the IRS then pulls the payment.

If it was taken out twice, please contact the IRS. Only they can correct this.
