I will complete my tax before 2/28. How do I apply TurboTax promotion: "ONLY 4 DAYS LEFT. File by 2/28 and save up to $30. File now"

The discounted price is showing now.  The early discount will end on March 1 and the prices will increase.  So you have to file or pay before then to lock in the current price.
