I went to finish my taxes and it shows my taxes where rejected but I had H&R efile them for 2018. H&R put my spouse name rather than mine, it looks as if they never merged together. Now what do I do

The e-filed 2019 tax return was rejected for the 2018 AGI?  If that is the reason and you filed the 2018 tax return as Married Filing Jointly, then the 2018 AGI is the same for the both of you.

 

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
