I was under the impression that Intuit Turbo Tax will be mine to use with no added costs for this years business filings for Fed and State after paying the $219?

As soon as I am done with this filing I have to get busy filing quarterly taxes for my business. Is that going to charge me again?

Are you new to having a business or being self-employed?   There is no such thing as filing quarterly tax returns for your business.  You file ONE tax return a year.   You can make estimated quarterly tax payments to avoid a big tax bill and underpayment penalties at tax time, but you do not file "returns" four times a year.

You can make payments directly on the IRS site:

What kind of business return did you file?  What version did you use?  You might be able to use the current return you filed for 2024 to help prepare the quarterly estimated payments for 2025.   The actual 2025 Desktop program and Online versions won’t be available until November or December.  And you have to buy a new program each year.
