I was under my Dads Marketplace plan and my own Marketplace plan. Do I need include info from both 1095-A's on my 2018 Tax Return?

Yes. The one with your dad will need you to prorate amounts since there are two different tax returns with the same 1095-A. You can prorate any way you choose as long as they both add up to 100%.
