I was trying to file my taxes and I have only 3418.00 in income.I don’tunderstand why it would say I owe money.

Why is it saying that I owe taxes when my federal withheld taxes is 99.48 and I am only 20?

Is it self-employment income?

Just look at the 1040, not that hard to see what's happening.
