I was told by you that my verification code is wrong and on my W2 in box 9 it is .00 and you say it is wrong and why?

I think this answer will help you.

An incorrect code will not affect your return, so you can omit it and continue with your return. If this is asked during the import of your W2, you may need to type it your W2 data instead of import.
