I Was Suppose To Add Form AR8453-OL To My Taxes But Didn’t Because I Thought I Was Suppose To Mail It . Now What Do I Do To Get It To The IRS ?

That is an Arkansas form indicating that you e-filed your tax return.  You keep a copy for your records.  It is not mailed to the IRS or to your State.
