I was sent my annual download, but it just continues to send me to update my advantage and does not offer the download. My account has already been charged. Thank you.

If you purchased the 2017 desktop editions from the TurboTax website you should be able to download your software purchase after signing onto your download account - https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/commerce/account/secure/login.jsp?pagecontext=download

However, if you are an Advantage subscriber then there may be a problem when attempting to download the 2017 software.  See this TurboTax support FAQ for the problem - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/4136734-why-am-i-unable-to-download-my-turbotax-advantage-2017-sof...
