I was on wokers comp all of 2024 and did not physically work at my job. I am still technically employed by them but being paid by workers comp and did not get a W2.

Do I still mark as working there?

No, not if you did not receive a W-2.  Marking yes that you work there leaves keeps the form there to be filled out.

No.   If you did not work then you will not have a W-2.   Workers compensation is not entered on a tax return.  You may not have to file a tax return at all unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance or have some other kinds of income.
