I was just told to log my son's Uber/Door Dash on the Deluxe version. I do not know where to add the mileage, can I get some assistance.

You need to upgrade to Self-Employed to add expenses.   Deluxe will only allow self-employment income.   How to add self-employment expenses...   TurboTax will prompt you to upgrade when you enter the mileage.

I just spent time on the line with Turbo Tax and switched from Small Business to Deluxe.  I didn't think it was equipment for my son to pay $179 + the $119 he owed in taxes.  So I switch to Deluxe per Turbo Tax and Now the cost is over $100 more with Deluxe, that is insane,  He only make under $6K

The Schedule C and SE are complicated tax forms. The TurboTax CD/Download Deluxe version is cheaper. However, you'll have to mail in the state return. Click here.
