I was incarcerated from October 2022 to December 2024. I had no income to tax . I need to file taxes due to the last filing states in 2022, I owed the IRS $2200appr.

You owed the IRS from 2022, but you DID file your 2022 return?  If so, then you would not need to file any additional returns, you just need to make the payments.  If you are unable to pay your taxes in full,  you can apply for a payment plan from the IRS. 

The amount that you would now owe would be higher due to interest and penalties.
