I was in my parents taxes in 2019, so I don’t have an AGI. I submit my taxes by saying I didn’t file in 2019 and I submitted puttin 0$ but both times got rejected.

I was not in my parents taxes in 2020. Just in 2019

If you've confirmed that you're not on your parents taxes, and you've already tried posting a zero and got rejected.  I recommend that you mail your tax return in.

If you select to mail your return TurboTax will print an instruction sheet explaining where to mail the returns.

Completing your Return

  • Do not staple or attach your check, W-2s or any other documents to your return.
  • Submit proper documentation (schedules, statements and supporting documentation, including W-2s, other states’ tax returns, or necessary federal returns and schedules).
  • Use the correct form - forms differ by tax type and tax year.  Look at the bottom of the form for the required pages to submit.
  • Double-check your return.
  • Review personal information (social security number (SSN), address, date of birth) on your return for each person listed
  • Sign your return.
  • Taxpayers must sign and date their returns
  • Both spouses must sign the joint return, even if there was only one income reported
  • Mail your return, payment, and all necessary documentation to the appropriate address listed on the return.

Did you have any income in 2019?   Even if you were a dependent on your parents' return in 2019, are you sure that your parents did not file a 2019 tax return in YOUR name in addition to their own?   Have you asked them?

A lot of parents prepare and file returns for their kids to report their kids' income, in which case the return would be in the name of the kid, even if a dependent.  That may or may not apply to you, but mentioning it just in case.  Again, ask your parents.
