I was doing my cousin taxes and im not sure if i put him as a dependent of another how can i fix that so my uncle wont get introbule

is there a way we can stop it to check it

Yes, there is. 

Go to the beginning in the Personal Info section and scroll down. Question 3 will ask "Someone else can claim me as a dependent on their tax return". Click yes. The following question asks if this person will claim me. Again, answer yes.
