I was covered under obama care all year an recieved a 1095-b not 1094-a and it says irs dont nee this form or info. now i cant electronic file?

You were not covered by an ACA (ObamaCare) health insurance policy, if you received Form 1095-B, Health Coverage - IRS.gov. ObamaCare plans give you Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement - IRS.gov.

You need to answer NO, on the Were you enrolled in any of these less common plans in 2016? screen. 

Once you correct this, you should be able to E-file.
