I was contacted by this number 1-800-828-0878. Is this a scam?

This message was left on my cell phone, she stated, they needed my correct Social Security Number to complete filing my taxes, she said, she was from E-Forms. I did not call the number back.  I wanted to check to see if this was a scam.

Do NOT give out your personal information to anyone who calls you!  The IRS does not call you.  That was an attempt at identity theft.
