I was charged twice $89. One was because it did not go through and another went through all this happened while I was on the phone with a specialist.

Specialist advice me that I won’t be charged due to the fact my bank address is a PO BOX number. But it went thru on my cc. So I am surprised to see a charge on both my debit and cc account 🤦🏻‍♀️

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
