You have no hope for a refund.  TurboTax has your money and will not refund it.  In my case, I declined the Max service but was charge anyway.  Just like me, you have to suck it up.  One thing you can do is to register with Consumer Affairs and post a negative comment to prevent others from making the same mistake.
