I was able to subtract my U.S. Armed Forces active duty pay from my income via WI DOR Form 1- Subtraction from Income - 2023 filing. Why isn't this option available now?

You will want to double check the entries on your info and in your W-2 entries.  To verify follow these steps:

1. Login to TurboTax 
2. Select Edit under My info
3. Verify that I am a member or former member of the US Armed Forces is marked
4. Then select active duty and confirm when you started
5. Answer remaining military questions
6. Click Wages and Income
7. Click edit on W-2
8. Continue until you get to "Uncommon Situations"
9. Mark the box for Active military duty
