I want to use free edition to file a simple return - it says that i have to upgrade to deluxe because i paid too much in SS Taxes. How do i proceed with the free edition?

there was only one employer and ss taxes were not greater than 6.2% of ss taxes withheld. i don't want to pay $60 to file a simple return that should not include any special forms for anything.

go back and double check your entries for the W-2, especially the placement of periods and commas.
