I want to start my state return over, I have not filed the state return. I have no status button or start over button like this chat suggests.

To access your state return:

Log into TurboTax

1. Select Prepare State
2. You've already got a head start on state taxes [Let's get started]
3. The states on your return are listed
4. Use the Trash Can to delete
