I want to bypass the offensive “Claudette” scren and proceed directly to begin my return, but TurboTax won’t let me, how can I bypass “Claudette” ?

Is your username a SSN?    You should change it if so.  And....if you are so stressed by having to answer a few preliminary questions to guide you to the right version of the software, perhaps you should take a breath and try again another day.
