I want a rapid refund but credit karma says they can't verify my identity despite me having an account through them

How can I very my identity whwn ive already sent in my Driver's license

As for the "rapid" refund----you do not receive any money until the IRS accepts your e-file, and the IRS will not begin to accept e-files until January 29, so you will have a wait even if you sort out the Credit Karma issue.
