Are you preparing your return with TurboTax Online or with the CD/Download software?
For TurboTax Online, please sign out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies. Then sign back in and see if you can proceed with e-filing. For the CD/Download software, please perform a manual update and then try to e-file.
