I've entered all the information from my 1095-A, but it says I must fix errors before I can continue. I see no errors, and it won't specifically tell me where an error is

The only thing I possibly see is that it requests the last 15 digits of my number in box 2, but my form only has an 8-digit number. Could this be the error?

Usually there are zeros on the form and TurboTax sees that as an error.  Make any zero blank in TurboTax and see if that fixes it.  If it is the number might be able to fix by adding zeroes to it to get enough characters.

Thanks for the reply. There are no zeros in the number on the form. I tried adding zeros to get it up tp 15 digits like you suggested. I tried adding zeros before and after, but neither way worked. Thanks anyway.

You should try two things:

First clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.  You can also try using a different browser.

Then delete your current 1095-A and reenter it:

  1. Open or continue your return
  2. Select Search and enter 1095-A
  3. Select Jump to 1095-A
  4. Next to the form select the trash bin to delete it
  5. Stay in the same section or repeat steps 2 and 3
  6. Answer Yes and enter your 1095-A info on the next screen
    • We don't need all the info from your 1095-A. We'll only ask about the info that affects your return.

If there are any zeros in your form do not enter them just leave the boxes blank.

Please reach us again if you continue having issues.

I have the same problem. No matter what combination I try I can't proceed. It says must fix errors before continuing.  No errors are on the page!!

What is the error message @Ilya2004 ?

For any month you have an amount in column A, you have to have a positive amount in column B, and any amount (including $0) in column C.   If there is no amount (or $0) in column A, leave all columns blank for that line.

I did all of that but in the end I logged out and back in and went back to it, filled it out again and it worked.

Thanks
