I've been separated for 2 years but am on his health insurance. I think I'm under review because I filed head of household. How do I prove we live apart?

I'm assuming that they think we live together because of me being on his health insurance. It's really frustrating. I cant think of any other reason why I'd be under review.

You will need documents to prove where you lived, such as a copy of a lease agreement, showing you and your spouse lived at different addresses. Please view the paragraph under filing status in IRS link below for additional information.
