If you have TurboTax Advantage the product you selected should be in your Downloads on your TurboTax account.
Follow these steps to get to your Download:
- My Account
- Account Settings
- Billing and Shipping click Edit
- In the top left click on Downloads and Unlocks
- This is where the download will be that you purchased
