I usually file using Turbo Tax online, but this year bought it at Costco and its a desktop download so I am unable to ask questions here. How do I contact support?

There is an issue and I need to speak or chat with someone but because I didnt use the on line Turbo Tax they dont see that Ive completed them and wont help me.  Very frustrated and would appreciate any help.
