I used Turbotax self-employed. Should I have used a different one if we also worked regular w-2 jobs? I sell Real Estate as well as work a corporate job.

Did you receive a 1099 MISC for the Real Estate income?

No, I started selling in July, no income in 2016.  First closing in 2017.   I did have expenses.

In order to claim those expenses, the self employed product is appropriate.
