I used TurboTax online to file my 2024 taxes. Is there a way to use it to run some tax scenarios for 2025, understanding that there would be slight inaccuracies?

Do NOT mess around with the tax return that you prepared and filed using online TT or you will destroy the return.    If you want to play around with various scenarios, then set up a "dummy" return to use for that purpose.
