I used turbo tax to do my taxes and putting that info into the IRS portal to check on my stimulus payment, it says it does not match??

It sounds like there might have been a data entry error on the IRS Get My Payment portal. Please revisit it and try again.

I tried this multiple times and it locks me out fir 24 hours after 3 attempts. How do i know what tax info was put threw?

You can always print out your returns to see what was sent to the IRS. Here's how:

  1. Open or continue your return.
  2. Select Tax Tools in the left menu (if you don't see this, select the menu icon in the upper-left corner).
  3. With the Tax Tools menu open, you can then:
  • Select Print Center and then Print, Save, or Preview This Year's Return to preview your entire return, including all forms and worksheets (you may be asked to register or pay first).
  • View only your 1040 form by selecting Tools. Next, select View Tax Summary in the pop-up, then Preview my 1040 in the left menu.

If all the information matches, the IRS may not yet have added your information to the Get My Payment tool. They are very understaffed right now. Please try again 24 hours after you got locked out of the tool.
