I used my spouse's name to pay estimated quarterly tax but I am the primary what should I do to fix it?

I am the primary name on our return for the past years (married filing jointly). This year is the first time we need to pay quarterly taxes - since its my wife's business, I used her name to pay the estimated quarterly tax. I just realized you are supposed to use the primary person's name, which is mine.

What can I do to fix this?

That should not matter if you file Joint.  Just enter the payments into your tax return when you file.  Did you put her ssn on the check or payment?  If the IRS has a problem matching it to your return they will send you a letter.  Then you can explain it.  So wait and see what the IRS does.

I paid using pay1040.com and I put both of our SSN on there.
