I used an address for the homeless shelter in San Luis Obispo 40 prado Rd. they sent my info back to the IRS because I was not a client and couldn't use the address ,...?

So I've never received a stimulus payment or any unemployment benefits but I received a confirmation code for both of them,...how do I receive the funds,...???

If you have not received them for any reason, you would need to contact the IRS.
